There are no longer any COVID-19 measures for traveller arriving in Singapore from 13 Feb 2023, regardless of vaccination status or traveller profile.

Recommended STEPS to be followed by a tourist travelling to Bintan from Singapore :
Step 1 : Vaccination rule is same as for Singapore, as our guests will be going from Singapore to Bintan by ferry
Step 2 : Download “PeduliLindungi” application and complete the registration
Step 3 : Complete the Health Alert Card form which needs to be submitted as hard copy at Bintan Ferry Terminal (ref link : https://www.bintan-resorts.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/Health-Alert-Card.pdf )
Step 4 : Visa-on-arrival charges applicable which guest has to pay directly (approx. USD 50pp)
Step 5 : OAT (on-arrival test) RT-PCR is only required if a body temperature above 37.5 degree Celsius. In this case, guest has to self-isolate at the booked hotel till their negative result
Charges does not include:
- Expenses of personal nature, such as: Laundry, telephone calls, mini-bar bills, etc.
- Any other tours apart from those listed under inclusions
- Convention/conference/peak season surcharge, if any.

ANY AMENDMENT IN ITINERARY WILL BE ACCOMMODATED IF INTIMATED 96 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IN SINGAPORE.
STRICTLY NO AMENDMENTS CAN BE DONE FOR ONGOING FILE , i.e. PASSENGERS ON GROUND.
Any special request such as early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability upon arrival and solely depends on hotel discretion.
